Accessibility statement

Accessibility at Car&Vibe

We want people to be able to explore public offers, understand booking information, and reach support using their preferred assistive technology.

What this statement covers

This statement covers the public Car&Vibe website and the Car&Vibe iOS app. It describes the current accessibility practices we use and the areas we continue to test.

It is not a declaration that every route, device, assistive technology, or partner-provided listing meets a particular legal or technical standard. We update this statement when the service or its verified accessibility support changes.

Current design practices

  • Public web controls use semantic links, buttons, labels, visible focus treatment, and keyboard-operable navigation where the interface provides an action.
  • User-facing web content is available in Croatian and English, uses readable contrast, and keeps information such as price, status, and availability in text instead of colour alone.
  • The iOS app uses native SwiftUI controls and accessibility labels where custom presentation needs an accessible name. Text primarily uses semantic text styles so system text-size preferences can be respected.
  • Reduced-motion preferences are considered for interactive web disclosure controls.

Known limits and ongoing checks

  • A complete independent evaluation of every release path has not yet been completed. In particular, sign-in, date selection, booking, payment authorization, and partner workflows need release-build testing with VoiceOver, Voice Control, larger text, keyboard navigation where applicable, and reduced motion.
  • We do not treat this statement as evidence to publish an App Store Accessibility Nutrition Label. Any feature selected in App Store Connect must first be verified across the app's common tasks on the submitted build.
  • Partners provide some listing content, including information about the physical accessibility of a vehicle, meeting point, or experience. Where that detail is relevant, users should review the listing and contact the partner or Car&Vibe before booking.

Need an alternative or found a barrier?

Tell us what you were trying to do, the page or app screen involved, the device and assistive technology you used, and what happened. Do not include payment details, account passwords, document images, or other sensitive information in an initial report.

We review accessibility reports through our support and legal channels and use them to prioritise fixes and practical alternatives.

Legal scope

Accessibility obligations can depend on the service, the jurisdiction, and the company's circumstances. This page is an operational accessibility statement, not legal advice or a substitute for a legal compliance review.
