Car&Vibe support helps with app bookings, web inquiry follow-up, cancellation and refund questions, partner offers, and complaints. Web inquiries are not bookings or payment confirmations.
Booking and payment support
For active Rent or Leisure requests, use the Car&Vibe app so support can review the booking status, payment confirmation, messages, and cancellation state.
Cancellation and refund questions
Open the booking in the app for current cancellation rules and available actions. If a question remains, contact support with the booking reference shown in the app.
Partner and provider support
Partners can use the app or partner sign-in to review offer status. For publishing, availability, or inquiry follow-up questions, use the partner support channel once configured.
Complaints
Complaints can be submitted through support. Final public contact details and formal legal entity information will be published before public launch.
Urgent issues
Car&Vibe web support is not an emergency service. For immediate safety or medical emergencies, contact local emergency services first, then update the partner or support when it is safe to do so.
